A lot of the work I do is photographing Book Launches, many of these happen at book shops or as part of a larger event. But sometimes they are special events put on partly by the publisher and partly by the author. This was one such event which held at the Horse Hospital (London) for the launch of Cathi’s book which was set in World War Two and a lot of the people attending (myself included) dressed up as characters from that time period.

There were readings from the book, a radio play and live music – here is a selection of photographs from the event.
